The Talk-About-Books series was designed to enhance a young child's first collection of books. Each book in the series explores a different aspect of the young child's world using real-life photographs that depict a variety of children in different natural settings. This innovative series grew out of a desire to provide children -- all children -- with the opportunity to see themselves within the books they are reading and to better identify with the children and families they are looking at.
